Participant Information

  • For their donation, the Partner company may bring three (3) players and the fourth player will be a Whirlpool host.


  • Participants are financially responsible for their travel arrangements, hotel accommodations and any incidentals.


  • Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Details regarding the blocks of rooms will be in the formal invitation.


  • Formal invitations for all donation levels (invoice will be included) will be mailed to the Partner company contact person at the end of May. Invoices for Hole Sponsors will be sent electronically to the Partner Company contact.


  • Registration will be done online. Details will be in the formal invitation. They will be mailed at the end of May, 2012.
